Which of course was named top watersports city to live in! Thats a good thing beacause I am an avid boater and wakeboarder. But of course with the unreal price of gas….we’ll I am getting side tracked…
I am a Home Loan Consultant with a major Bank and really do love what I do, despite the freakishly challenging year (or two) we have had, it is a great business to be in if one can stomach it, its a great life! Honestly though, if anyone is looking, thinking, contemplating or absolutely going to buy now, Your in a perfect situation to buy a real estate investment in California! Where else have rates been this low, costs low, homes prices low, and the sellers willing to pay for your costs?! Its crazy.
I of course bought when things were NOT on sale, but hey…that’s the way the ball bounces right?
I just realized that I am writing this to no one??
I have been extremelly happily married for almost two years and we will be adding a new family member in about 7 months! Wierd!
So in a nutshell there I am…..so who else is out there????
